I work with people who are healing from—or currently stuck in—narcissistic or high-conflict relationships. These kinds of experiences can leave you feeling invisible, constantly second-guessing yourself, and unsure of what’s real. My focus is on helping clients make sense of those painful dynamics and begin reconnecting with who they are—sometimes for the first time in years.
To support this work, I’ve completed extensive training in narcissistic abuse recovery, which has given me a strong foundation for understanding the often subtle, confusing, and damaging patterns that show up in these relationships—things like gaslighting, boundary violations, and emotional manipulation. I know how disorienting and lonely it can feel, and I bring compassion, curiosity, and clarity to every session.
In therapy, I combine psychoeducation with Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps you explore the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, shamed, or shaped by past trauma. I aim to offer a space that feels grounded and deeply supportive—where you can start to rediscover your voice, rebuild your self-worth, and feel at peace in your own mind again. Together, we’ll work toward helping you trust yourself more and move forward with greater confidence and freedom.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a nonfiction enthusiast, film photographer, baker, traveler, and crafter. I live with my husband (and our three pets!), and I’m always on the lookout for beautiful new places to explore with him. Before becoming a therapist, I spent five years in the music industry—an experience that taught me the art of deep listening and the importance of holding space for complexity, nuance, and contradiction. That same attentiveness now shapes how I sit with clients: with presence, patience, and a belief in your capacity to heal.
If you’re curious about working together or have questions about the therapy process, please don’t hesitate to reach out. It would be an honor to support you as you move through your journey—whether you're still in the storm or just beginning to find your way out.
