I specialize in working with individuals who are recovering from or currently navigating narcissistic and antagonistic relationships. These experiences can leave people feeling invisible, chronically invalidated, and unsure of their own reality. My passion lies in helping clients untangle those painful patterns and reconnect with their sense of self—often for the first time in a long time.
To deepen my clinical work in this area, I’ve completed Dr. Ramani Durvasula’s 43-hour comprehensive training in narcissistic abuse treatment. This specialized training has equipped me with the tools and insights necessary to support clients facing the nuanced and often invisible dynamics of narcissistic abuse—including gaslighting, boundary violations, and emotional manipulation. I understand how isolating and confusing these relationships can be, and I approach this work with compassion, curiosity, and clarity.
My therapeutic approach blends psychoeducation with Internal Family Systems (IFS), allowing clients to safely explore the parts of themselves that may have been silenced, shamed, or shaped by trauma. I aim to create a space that feels both structured and deeply supportive—a space where you can begin to reclaim your voice, your worth, and your peace. Together, we work to rebuild your inner compass so you can move forward with more self-trust and freedom.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a nonfiction enthusiast, film photographer, baker, traveler, and crafter. I live with my husband and our three beloved pets, and I’m always on the lookout for beautiful new places to explore with him. Before becoming a therapist, I spent five years in the music industry—an experience that taught me the art of deep listening and the importance of holding space for complexity, nuance, and contradiction. That same attentiveness now shapes how I sit with clients: with presence, patience, and a belief in your capacity to heal.
If you’re curious about working together or have questions about the therapy process, please don’t hesitate to reach out. It would be an honor to support you as you move through your journey—whether you're still in the storm or just beginning to find your way out.
