Session Rates

Individual sessions are 50 or 80 minutes. 50-minute sessions are billed at $120, while 80-minute sessions are billed at $180. 

Couples sessions are 50 or 80 minutes. Your intake session will be 80 minutes billed at $185. This intake rate includes online assessments through the Gottman Institute that are used to determine areas of strength and growth in your relationship. Your remaining sessions will be billed at $140 per 50-minute session or $185 per 80-minute session. 

Prepare/Enrich is the #1 premarital and marriage assessment tool, using evidence-based skills and insights to foster healthy relationships. You will meet with Eleanor a minimum of 4 times, during which time we will go over your relationship's strengths and areas of growth. Your first session will be billed at $165, which includes the assessment, report, and exercises to practice. The remaining sessions will be billed at $140 per 50-minute session or $185 per 80-minute session.

As part of my ongoing commitment to making therapy accessible to all individuals, I am introducing a limited number of sliding scale sessions for clients who may be facing financial challenges. This new option allows for flexibility based on your individual situation, ensuring that financial concerns don’t get in the way of receiving the support you need.
